Neighborly Home Care (NHC) provides in home care services in Pennsylvania and Delaware. The company, founded by Rod Rhen, is made up of experienced caregivers with a passion for their work. We can set up first-time services in a pinch when they are needed most. Neighborly Home Care puts clients first by offering fully customizable care plans. Caregivers provide in home care services such as meal preparation, companionship, transportation and more. Care plans are executed with precision using telephony. Each caregiver is a licensed and insured employee of Neighborly Home Care, not an independent contractor. We pride ourselves on our superior staff, and choose caregivers wisely. Many NHC employees are Certified Nursing Assistants and all have extensive training. Caregivers are matched with families based on needs and compatibility. NHC invites families to interview their caregiver and fully participate in the assignment process. At the helm of NHC is president and founder, Rod Rhen. Rod’s administrative style stems from his background as a military officer and mechanical engineer. He carries his mentality of preparedness and foresight into the everyday administration of his home care agency.
