Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health.

Take a breath, check in with yourself, and give yourself grace for wherever you are today.

TOMORROW is the last day to bring your socks to your favorite GSCC Location!

For the month of October (Socktober), our team has been competing against one another in our fifth annual sock drive, dubbed "Sock Wars".

Each of our locations have been split into different teams to see who can come up with the most pairs. All pairs donated will be distributed to The Salvation Army Ardmore Oklahoma, The Grace Center of Southern Oklahoma, Inc., Community Youth Services of Southern Oklahoma, and the Soup Kitchen!

If you'd like to be a part of our effort, please feel free to bring brand new socks of any size to our Bloom location by end of day TODAY!

How to: Monthly Self Breast Awareness ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Here’s how to do it:
1️⃣ Eyes Only: Stand in front of a mirror and inspect for changes in shape, size, or skin texture.
2️⃣ Arms up: Lift arms and check for the same changes.
3️⃣ Feel while laying down: Use fingers to press in circular motions across the breast and armpit.
4️⃣ Feel while showering/standing: Repeat while standing or in the shower.
5️⃣ Look for discharge: Gently squeeze to check for discharge or changes.

Know your normal, and talk with your provider if something feels different.
