28 years Ardmore Family Medical Clinic has been in Ardmore, Tennessee. It was a leap of faith that this community would appreciate a Clinic with emphasis on quality care, compassionate care, and not quantity of care. We do not rush patients in and out every five minutes. We actually listen because I have always known if you listen to your patient, they will tell you what is wrong with them. All of the nurse practitioners with the exception of one have understood my emphasis. We appreciate everyone in the community that has supported us throughout the years. We love our patience and they can tell through our actions. Thank you to all of our patients and the community for your support for the last 28 years. Happy birthday, Ardmore Family Medical Clinic. The New Food Pyramid should not be considered that New. I have been talking about the environmental poisoning of our foods for 40 years, avoiding foods sprayed with Glyphosate-Soy, Corn, Wheat and everything that is not certified Organic. Eating ultra processed foods which have no nutritional value, of course are causing Chronic Diseases, that is just Common Sense! EAT WHOLE FOODS Vegetables, fruits, whole grains, more protein. Avoid sugar and ASPARTAME! Stevia is fine, it is a green plant that I have grown in my garden. Take care of your gut microbes and your immune system will protect you from cancer. Fermenting foods give you probiotics which help your immune system also. All of your food choices are completely in your Control. Just do it 🙂

The Epic water filter takes out fluoride and all the toxins, I highly recommend. They also recycle them-send 3 back and get 1 free.

The viruses are all around. We take extra care to not expose anyone to contagious conditions. I do recommend preventative medicine if you find you have been exposed, but timing is critical. Let us know if we can help and practice good hand washing or alcohol wipes. Keeping your immune system healthy is essential with nutrition and vitamin D supplements. It sounds like the first day of spring is going to be quite chilly this week, hope the spring flowers don’t take a hit 🍀

I recommend that you Never buy Allianz Global Insurance for any event or tickets! They are the pits! We never received our tickets for my husband’s Christmas present to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in Birmingham on December 11 and bought the insurance through Allianz, just in case. He saw this through PBS. Well they do not hold up their end of the contract. We did not get our tickets or our money back, huge disappointment. The only recourse appears to be a legal
suit and a lot of aggravation!
I just want everyone to be aware to stay away from Alliance Partners. Please share with everyone. Thanks
