Organic Nettle Leaf
Organic Marshmallow Root
Organic Lemon Balm
Organic Peppermint Leaf
Organic Ginger Root (optional)

Benefits

Supports uterine tone (2nd and 3rd trimester)

Directions

Hot Tea: Add 1–2 teaspoons to 8 oz warm water. Cover and steep 15–20 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Cold Infusion (Recommended): Add 1–2 tablespoons to 1 quart of cool water. Steep 4–8 hours or overnight. Strain and sip throughout the day.
