Well, this has been a long week to say the least! I’ve been feeling bad then feeling better then bad again, today I decided to reach out. I was afraid I had strep throat, the way I was feeling. Never really had it I don’t think, but I’ve never had a sore throat like this before. Started out as allergies, then sinus congestion. So got it all under control except the sore throat. Tested negative, but they were going to culture, said I should feel better by tomorrow if I rest today! So……rest I am doing. I want to apologize, I couldn’t find a sub for class tonight, so I must cancel. Sure don’t like to do that, but I can’t help it. Hopefully they are right and I’m better tomorrow! ❤️ Take care, and do a little practice at home this evening, think of me 😁

The Yoga for Inner Strength Balance and Core class tonight at 5:30pm is cancelled for tonight. Hopefully next week will be so much better and every class will make! 🙏
Friday and Saturday will have regular scheduled classes.
Friday 6am and 9:30am
Saturday 9am. 🥰💪🙌
