Working with Girls Spark is always a fantastic experience and yesterday was no exception 🤩 I was so excited to participate in Villa Maria Academy High School Anchor Day for the Freshman Class of 2029! I had a blast presenting my workshop: Grace, Grit, & Sisterhood: Tools for Confident Communication. Supporting young women and giving them the tools to excel is a key part of my mission as a mental health professional.
