Protein snack that checks a lot of boxes 👇

Oikos Pro vanilla yogurt +
2 tbsp ground flax (hormone gold) +
a sprinkle of toasted pecans + Ratio granola 
organic blueberries (prebiotic to go with the yogurt - probiotic)

At Radiant Nutrition, many of our clients follow a simple rhythm: 3 meals a day + a snack if you need it.

And if you need it — you need it. That’s where a planned protein snack can really help.

Hunger can increase for a lot of reasons — hormone shifts, changes in workouts, stress, sleep, or simply not enough protein earlier in the day (or previous day).

Supporting blood sugar balance and hormones starts with adequate protein, fiber, and healthy fats throughout the day — not just at meals.

Sometimes the smartest nutrition strategy is simply being prepared. 🙌

Today we’re celebrating the amazing dietitians at Radiant Nutrition — Janna, Jenny, Sabrina, Sydney, and Emily — and the work they do every day to help people feel better, get stronger, and build healthier lives through nutrition.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day is celebrated during National Nutrition Month® to raise awareness of the important role RDNs play as trusted experts in food and nutrition, helping people improve their health and quality of life.

Creatine isn’t just for muscle.

Emerging research shows it may support brain function, mental clarity, and cognitive performance — especially in women under stress or in midlife.

Most women do very well on 5g daily. Some research suggests higher doses may support cognitive function in high-stress or sleep-deprived states — but that should always be individualized.

If you’re strength training and thinking long-term about your health, it may be time to look beyond the old “5g rule” and look at what your body actually needs.
