🤸‍♀️ Practicing what we preach today! Some movement is always better than skipping it completely.

I often tell my patients “done is better than perfect” when it comes to home exercise programs or exercise. Find something that you can fit into your lifestyle and get it done.

Today that meant burpees and lunges on some cold concrete before dashing into basketball practice 🏀

The 20 minute EMOM has become a staple in this busy time of life. I usually just pick two movements, alternate each minute, and know that I can fit it into my short time frame! High intensity is key with short of a workout… this combo did the job 😅

Get after it today!
