At about the same time Bonded Lightning Protection was founded in 1950, Bill Miller bought a three-wheel Cushman scooter with a $500 loan from his father and began selling eggs door to door.

Three years later, Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. The second restaurant opened in February 1965. Today, there are 76 Bill Miller Bar-B-Q restaurants.

Celebrating all those impacted by cancer, we look close to home at Director of Finance Julia Johnson, team member and survivor. She said, “May your faith be stronger than your fear, and your heart tougher than the storm. Always remember you are not weathering this storm alone.”

Fellow team members, Warrior Women all, are equal parts pep and presence. Here, you see them decked in the winning black tee-shirts from an internal 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 that delivered proceeds to the Cancer Foundation as a team donation.
