📣 Insurance Update from Grace Foot and Ankle
We’re excited to welcome patients to Grace Foot and Ankle as we officially open our doors! As with all new practices, insurance contracts are actively processing and rolling in gradually.
Here’s where we currently stand:
✔️ Medicare – Active
✔️ Medicare Supplements – Accepted
✔️ Cigna – Active
✔️ United Healthcare – Effective January 1
✔️ Additional plans currently in process include Ambetter and other ancillary networks
As more plans finalize over the coming weeks and into January, we look forward to caring for even more patients within their insurance network.

If your insurance is still pending, we’re happy to help:
• We can see patients out of network and provide all necessary CPT & ICD-10 codes so you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement
• Cash-pay options are available and transparent
