I got my DUTCH hormone test results back, and honestly… they confirmed what my body’s been trying to tell me.

This isn’t about perfection or “fixing” anything — it’s about listening, understanding, and supporting your body at a deeper level.

I’ll share more soon, but for now this is just a reminder: symptoms are information, not something to ignore. 🤍
