Tierra Fluker the Founder of Faith home health LLC had a Great second meeting today with a top-tier rehabilitation hospital in Keller, Texas — and it went amazing!
I presented our company services in great detail and brought all my paperwork 📋 etc.
They were very impressed!

The staff and I couldn’t stop laughing,we had fun work but fun is healthy!— we had such a great time taking this picture. The beautiful receptionist asked me, “How did you do this?
My answer was simple: faith, hard work, and believing in myself.

She congratulated me, and it meant a lot — because I’m officially a vendor with this rehabilitation hospital in Keller, Texas. #

Showing Up Through Pain: A Lesson in Resilience

I showed up at the School for Allied Health Professionals, and I was genuinely honored to do so.

It meant a great deal to be trusted by the President of the school to pour into students who have such bright futures ahead of them. I approached that moment with kindness, respect, and gratitude.

One thing I want to share—because it matters—is this:

Pain and success often coexist.
It’s a part of the journey that people don’t talk about enough.

In this video, what you don’t see is that I had experienced an unexpected physical injury setback just days before. Despite that, I showed up. I kept my word. I honored my commitment to the students and to the people who were expecting me.

Before arriving, I had just left a treatment appointment earlier that day for an injury. I was uncomfortable back and legs hurting,but I made a conscious decision to move forward and fulfill my responsibilities.

That same week, I was receiving care in an office setting and had moments where the discomfort was intense. Still, once I left the treatment for an injury, I returned to work and continued serving my clients and partners—without shifting the focus to myself.

Not because pain doesn’t matter—but because we all carry something.

Some challenges are visible.
Some are invisible.
And many are quietly managed while life continues.

To the Students

Learn resilience early.
Understand that growth often requires endurance.

To the Adults

Resilience doesn’t mean ignoring pain—it means learning how to navigate life while carrying it.

Whether it’s physical discomfort or internal challenges, pain is a part of life. The goal is not to be defined by it, but to learn how to show up anyway.

I write about this deeply in my first book, Own Your Pain—a guide to understanding, managing, and transforming pain into purpose.
