3 Strength Moves Every Runner Should Do

Running stronger isn’t just about miles β€” it’s about muscle balance, control, and power.
Here are 3 key exercises to help you run better, longer, and injury-free πŸ‘‡

1️⃣ Single-Leg RDL
πŸ’₯Strengthens hamstrings & glutes, improves balance, and keeps your hips stable through every stride.
Tip: Keep your hips square and hinge from the hip β€” not the back.

2️⃣ Lateral Lunge
πŸ’₯Builds glute and adductor strength while improving side-to-side control β€” essential for knee and hip stability.
Tip: Sit your hips back into the working leg and keep your chest tall.
