3 Strength Moves Every Runner Should Do

Running stronger isnโ€™t just about miles โ€” itโ€™s about muscle balance, control, and power.
Here are 3 key exercises to help you run better, longer, and injury-free ๐Ÿ‘‡

1๏ธโƒฃ Single-Leg RDL
๐Ÿ’ฅStrengthens hamstrings & glutes, improves balance, and keeps your hips stable through every stride.
Tip: Keep your hips square and hinge from the hip โ€” not the back.

2๏ธโƒฃ Lateral Lunge
๐Ÿ’ฅBuilds glute and adductor strength while improving side-to-side control โ€” essential for knee and hip stability.
Tip: Sit your hips back into the working leg and keep your chest tall.
