Realized after watching this it’s 10.79 sorry everybody. But this is just an example of how you can make switches with your nutrition for the better. And, it won’t always cost you way more money. Eating out and grabbing food will always be less nutritious and generally more money than making something at home.

Take control of your goals and have food prepped and ready at home!

One of the incredible aspects of FRC and Kinstretch is the ability to manipulate the position in order for the individual to get the best result. For me, 90/90, bearsit, and some other positions do not work well for me. Have used a setup similar to this in the past, but decided to try it with a barbell setup in the power rack. Worked beautifully. ⁣

1️⃣Hip Internal Rotation Pails/Rails - Focusing on opening up more workspace in the hip capsule. Pails and Rails is the best input to use in order to achieve that. Hip IR is the deepest part of the hip capsule and deserves much more attention than its given.⁣

2️⃣Hip IR PRH - Passive Range Holds are simply starting in a passive position, and moving into an active position. ⁣

3️⃣Hip IR Passive Range Lift Offs - Controlling that active range of hip flexion here and going for multiple reps.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Got clearance from Maegan prior to posting. I always want to respect my clients with things like these. Incredibly proud of her work in this journey to her wedding day. Not only has she cut down a ton, she still out there deadlifting and squatting most men.

Following her online program as well as kinstretch and 1 on 1 work. Also tracking her nutrition each week to ensure she was on point. Incredible consistency from her. Amazing job Maegan and cheers to an incredible wedding day!! 🥂 🍻 ⁣

How many times have you heard people say “Gonna get to the gym and sweat out this sickness’’? Probably more times than you can count. Let me fill you in, that s**t doesn’t work.

Now there are obviously varying degress of being sick. Lets say you are fatigued, stuffed up, cough, fever, etc. Your body is already in a state of trying to fight off whatever it is you have. Do you really think its a good idea to stress the body even more to recover?

Aboslutely not.

Now, if you simply have something very minor that by all means. But you and your system is much better off taking the time to properly recover, rather than add more stress to it.

Also, if you really want to be effective and bring intensity to your workout, do you really think youll have much effort to give when your feeling that way? Not at all.

Rest, hydrate, recover. Then, you can get back to your fitness regiment.

Remember, one week off isn’t going to ruin your progress.

It’s so aggravating to see the claims all these influencers and coaches make to try and draw you in to their programs.

If you are unhealthy, overweight and sedentary, the smallest changes can improve not only your body composition, but how your body functions overall.

Simply correcting your nutrition can make immense changes to your hormonal balance and metabolism.

Start focusing on more steps per day, improving your movement can also make huge changes.

Small changes will lead to large improvements. Focus on those major variables and you will improve your hormonal function. These influencers are doing anything special. It’s just all buzz words.

Now, if your are already eating well, working out, supplementing, and you still need correction. Then go seek out a true professional nutritionist. Not some influencer.

Eat better, move more, improve yourself.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday everyone! Now its also disappointing because my bears should be there but here we are.

Now, I know you will all see some s**t on instagram saying “ Its one day, enjoy it!”

This quote you see tends to fall very short on explaining the repercussions of going to far on these days.

We all have been there when we eat and drink too much and how we feel the days following. Lets not go too crazy, have some fun, eat some good food, but remember you gotta function the rest of the week!!
