The Feelings Map is a book for children ages 10-12 designed to help put a voice and a name to unknown feelings that appear at this age. Kindle book is available for pre-order with delivery 10/22. Paperback books will be available later this week.

We are looking to partner with mental health professionals and advocates.

In order to ensure our workbooks get into the hands of those who need it, we'd like to build relationships with other professionals to help get our workbook in the hands of those who need in the most.

The Self-Care Over Everything workbook is designed to:
- help individuals transition into behavioral therapy
- provide individuals with one place to document their feelings and reactions to situations that impact them the most
- provide individuals with documentation on how far they've moved throughout their mental health journey

According to Malton Cook Jr., Progam Manager for in Balltimore, myths regarding mental health are in terms of "Crazy". Because of negative crazy narrative around counseling many go against seeking help leaving many to lean on beliefs passed down from generation to generation; "Suck it up", "Be strong", and never allow others to see you broken. What we want to do at Self-care over Everything is continue movement by partnering with those who have worked and continue working toward changing the narrative behind therapy and stigma associated with seeking help. Our workbook was designed to help eliminate the added anxiety that comes along with starting the process of therapy.
