Jesse initially came to us because his knee would hurt and swell when he’d practice or play golf, thanks to a nasty knee injury as a former college hooper.
(And Jesse practices for hours a day so that’s… a big problem.)
The injury was to his lead leg, so he had a lot of difficulty rotating over and posting on his lead leg, and it was slowing down his progress toward his goal of competing in Amateur tournaments.
Big things we’ve worked on to help Jesse:
1️⃣ Building a bigger, more comfortable turn through his trunk and hips for better power and less knee pain
2️⃣Installing power exercises that won’t aggravate his knee
3️⃣ Bringing the right guidance to recover smoothly from an injury
What used to be a limiting injury isn’t holding him back anymore and he can go practice and play with confidence.
There are big things in Jesse’s future and we can’t wait to be a part of it!
