We love hearing how our students experience the studio 🤍
From an easy booking process to thoughtful, welcoming classes, our goal is always to create a space where you can simply show up, breathe, and practice.
A special shout-out to Jenna for creating such a calming and supportive Yin experience for our community.
Thank you for practicing with us and sharing your kind words.
This is my yoga practice today. Not only movement on the mat, but care in every action, presence in every task, and tending to the space that holds my community with the same mindfulness I bring as both teacher and steward. 🤍

Your practice can look different every day.
Some days it's strength.
Some days it's stillness.
Some days it's simply taking a moment to breathe.
What brings you to the mat lately? Tell us in the comments 🤍

🌿 First Day of Spring 🌿
Spring is a season of renewal — longer days, fresh energy, and a chance to begin again. Just like the changing season, yoga invites us to reset, breathe deeply, and create space for growth.
As nature begins to wake up, it’s the perfect time to step onto your mat, move your body, and welcome a little new energy into your practice.
Here’s to fresh starts, open hearts, and new beginnings. Happy first day of spring 🌸

🔥 The Power of Heat 🔥
Practicing in a heated room can do more than just make you sweat. The warmth helps relax the muscles, allowing the body to release built-up tension and move more freely through each pose.
As the body warms, tight areas begin to soften, circulation increases, and it becomes easier to settle into stretches with greater ease. Many students also find that the heat helps quiet the mind, creating space to let go of stress and reconnect with the breath.
Sometimes the best way to release tension is simply to step into the warmth and move.

Flow or slow it down — which is your style?
🤸Vinyasa brings continuous movement, linking breath with flowing transitions that build heat and energy.
🧘♀️Hatha slows things down, holding poses longer to focus on strength, alignment, and mindful breathing.
Both offer their own benefits — it just depends on what your body and mind are craving that day.
Tell us in the comments: Vinyasa or Hatha? 👇
