Are you experiencing pain in your knee when you're running. Try these 3 tips the next time you hit the treadmill or go out on the road to ease your stress on your knees.

Tip #1: Shorten your Stride
Shorter strides will decrease the force on your knees which should help calm your pain as well.

Tip #2: Increase your Speed
Yes I said increase, after you shorten your stride your legs will be able to turn over faster which will lead to less time on the ground and less force through your knees.

Tip #3: Point your knees Forward
Directing your knees forward will help align your legs to accept the force from each step you take. Image you have headlights on your knees to point them in the right direction.

I hope this helps your knee pain, but if you're still having problems then it may be time to talk to a Physical Therapist to help with your problems.
