The Root Chakra, also known as Muladhara, is the first of the body’s energy centers and is located at the base of the spine in the pelvic region. It serves as our foundation, anchoring us to our physical existence and supporting feelings of stability, safety, and grounding. In this group healing experience, you will be gently guided through a meditation designed to help you visualize and connect with the energy of the root chakra. Toward the end of the session, you will be invited to sit or lie comfortably while I offer focused healing to this energy center, supporting grounding, inner security, and deep relaxation.
