💰 Health insurance is expensive, so don’t let your annual deductible go to waste this year. We always advise our patients to check their deductible and out-of-pocket status in December before it starts over on January 1. If you have a nagging injury, have your insurance company take care of it before the end of the year!

🎄☕ Coffee, Christmas, and Community! ☕🎄 Arlington Physical Therapy and ProHealth Wellness Clinic had a blast serving up a full coffee bar for the amazing teachers and administration at Arlington Elementary School, Arlington Middle School and Donelson Elementary School yesterday and today!

There’s no better way to celebrate all they do for our community—and no better way to kick off the Christmas season—than with a warm cup of cheer. ❤️🎅
