Our Story

I'm a life long Arlingtonian married to my high school sweetheart. I have my Undergraduate degree from University of Delaware in Fitness Management with my Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University. I have been practicing PT for over 15 years. I decided to create my own practice to help with those who have trouble leaving their house, require more flexibility with treatment times or simply feel more comfortable at home while getting treated for their diagnosed ailments.

My background is in outpatient orthopaedic conditions including

  • acute injury
