Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated, but sometimes it helps to have an expert on your side. 🥗

Our latest Ask the Expert is all about Food & Nutrition for Everyday Health with a registered dietitian from DietitianLive!

Whether you’re trying to build balanced meals, boost your energy, support heart health, manage blood sugar, improve digestion, navigate weight changes, or simply make healthier everyday choices, you can ask your questions directly to an expert.

Confused about nutrition labels? Wondering about meal planning, snacks, supplements, or gut health? Bring it. This session is here for real-life questions and practical guidance with no judgment.

You can join the conversation here and ask your questions now until February 27th: https://www.inspire.com/m/Jensen_Kinchen_RD/journal/8fda73-ask-the-expert-food-and-nutrition-for-everyday-health/?group_id=alternative-therapies&utm_source=referral&utm_medium=web&utm_content=copied_link

💡 And a little bonus: Inspire members get their first session with a nutritionist at Dietitian Live free. 🫶

Returning to work after a brain tumor diagnosis can come with big questions — from navigating accommodations to managing energy, cognitive changes, and workplace conversations.

From Feb 17–19, we're running an Ask the Expert where you can ask questions directly to Dr. Kelly Braun, Neuro-Oncologist at the Barrow Neurological Institute about all things returning to work, managing changes, and what recovery can look like moving forward.

If returning to work is on your mind — or something you’re already navigating, ask your questions now: https://www.inspire.com/groups/american-brain-tumor-association/discussion/9357df-ask-the-expert-returning-to-work-after-a-brain-tumor-diagnosis/?utm_source=referral&utm_medium=web&utm_content=copied_link

Finishing cancer treatment doesn’t always mean the fear goes away.

Many survivors feel recurrence anxiety — racing thoughts before scans, worrying about new symptoms, or feeling guilty for still being scared. It’s normal, and you’re not alone.

Small steps can help: talk about it, keep routines, try grounding exercises, and lean on people who get it.

You don’t have to face it alone. Learn how to manage recurrence anxiety in our blog: https://www.inspire.com/resources/cervical-cancer/emotional-health-managing-anxiety-and-fear-of-recurrence/

It’s International Epilepsy Day. 💜 Epilepsy impacts so much more than what people see on the surface. For many, it can bring uncertainty, difficult decisions, moments of fear, and the need to constantly adapt to the unexpected — impacting jobs, relationships, independence, and even the ability to care for themselves. Living with epilepsy can shape school, work, daily routines, and quality of life, not only for people living with the condition, but for the loved ones who support them.

We’re proud to partner with The Epilepsy Network (TEN) to provide a community where people living with epilepsy can connect with others who understand, share experiences, ask questions, and find support.

Black communities continue to be disproportionately impacted by HIV, shaped by systemic inequities, barriers to care, stigma, and gaps in education and prevention resources.

National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day is about recognizing these realities, honoring resilience, and pushing for better access, better conversations, and more equitable healthcare. Progress requires listening to lived experiences and making sure the people most affected are part of the conversation and the solutions.

If you or someone you love is living with HIV or AIDS and looking for support, our free online community is here for you to connect with others who understand.

Living with EoE can turn food into something that feels stressful or even scary, not because you’re overthinking it but because your body has taught you to be cautious.

From elimination diets to fear of flares, eating with EoE comes with physical and emotional weight. And that part doesn’t get talked about enough.

This article walks through what people with EoE wish others understood and how it’s possible to slowly rebuild trust with food, one safe meal at a time.
