🎃 Halloween Tips
🕯 Costumes: Choose ones that fit well and don’t drag. Add glow sticks or reflective tape so kids are easy to see. Skip masks that block vision.
🍬 Trick-or-treating: Stick to familiar, well-lit streets. Use sidewalks when you can and have an adult go with children under 12.
🏠 At home: Use battery lights or glow sticks in pumpkins instead of candles. Keep porches clear of cords or toys so no one trips.
💡 Extra tips:
• For kids with food allergies, talk to neighbors about non-food treats or bring a separate “safe” bag.
• Go out before dark with toddlers or preschoolers to keep things calm and fun.
• Check candy before eating and toss anything unwrapped or questionable.
