Please join Deanna for a conversation on how we can draw upon core ZB principles to remain grounded and at Interface while we support the natural waveform of an emotional release to move through the body for the highest good of our clients. One of the hallmarks of Zero Balancing is that our basic protocol supports overall wellness. ZB offers the possibility for long-held patterns in the body to shift, allowing clients to sail through life with greater ease. Yet emotional release can occasionally arise unexpectedly during a session. For new practitioners or those without additional training in trauma-attuned approaches, emotional releases can feel especially challenging to stay at Interface.

By writing or drawing in a journal, we can consciously identify and explore our edges, experiment with new approaches, and build confidence in ourselves and our work. The journaling process can help us to celebrate our strengths, have more compassion for ourselves, trust what we feel, and amplify our presence, ease, and embodiment – which makes our work more rewarding for us and our clients.

In this 2-hour class, through a combination of discussions and embodied writing exercises, students will learn:
• The benefits of journaling for Zero Balancers
• Ways to connect to your inner wisdom
• Ideas to make journaling a joyful and sustainable practice
• Mining the wealth of insights found in your journal
• Resources and support to keep you writing and engaged

Journaling for a few minutes on a regular basis can create a pause to capture transformative insights and support your development and growth. This class is for you even if you don’t enjoy writing or have difficulty silencing your inner critic!

21 December! Third Sunday Open Forum:
Insights from Outside ZB with Carla Van Arnam

Join Carla Van Arnam in this exploration of things that inspire and illuminate our ZB sessions. Carla will be sharing concepts she has learned that have impacted her understanding of the power of ZB, specifically from the study of cranial nerves, Tai Chi, and other influences. She will lead us in a discussion on our own insights so we can inspire each other.
