We are still smiling from all the fun we had at our Clinical Holiday Happy Hour hosted with Eating Recovery Center last week!

It was such a joy to gather with clinicians, unwind, and celebrate collaboration, care, and the work we do together. Thank you so much to everyone who joined us. We are so grateful for this incredible network! 💚

Let’s celebrate who people are, not how they look.

Swipe for a few examples of compliments that have nothing to do with bodies - but everything to do with heart, character, and connection.

As you head into the weekend, we challenge you to give someone in your life one of these compliments! You never know who might need to hear it. 💛

For years, Sarah struggled with body image and disordered eating, unsure if healing was possible and unable to access care that was affordable, compassionate, and supportive. In 2019, she joined our Bridge to Life therapy group, and everything began to change.

“Through the support of a compassionate and skilled therapist, and a group of women who were far more like me than I expected, everything began to shift. Each week, I looked forward to those 90 minutes of safety, belonging, and a growing sense of freedom.” - Sarah

Rock Recovery is now serving over 100 clients monthly, and we have seen a record-breaking number of program inquiries in the last few months. Therapist caseloads are at capacity, and our waitlist growing daily. When you give to Rock Recovery this holiday season, your donation will help move someone off our waitlist and into treatment.

Together, we can help more people access life-changing care in 2026.

With heartfelt gratitude, we say THANK YOU!

Because of our incredible community, we raised $22,514 this GivingTuesday to help replicate our in-person Teen Bridge to Life program and create a new virtual group. This total includes the amazing $10,000 match gift we received from Rock Recovery alum Teresa - proof that healing creates more healing.

We are blown away by the generosity that was displayed this week, and we want you all to know that you are playing an active role in helping make life-saving eating disorder care affordable and accessible to all. You ROCK! 💚

Meet Rock Recovery alum Teresa. She walked through our doors when she was just out of her teenage years herself, desperately seeking support. Today, she and her family are thriving, and she cites her time with Rock Recovery as being critical to her journey.

"Rock didn't just fill a financial gap, it also filled the gaps that previous treatment failed to address. It was only with Rock that I truly began to feel that recovery was a possibility."

Teresa's story is such a powerful reminder that healing is possible when care is accessible. This GivingTuesday, we hope Teresa's journey will inspire you to help us in our mission to make sure no teen ever has to be turned away because they can’t afford treatment. And remember, every gift made today is matched up to $10,000 from Teresa herself.

Join us in providing hope and healing to teens in our community this holiday season. 💜

November is Native American Heritage Month, a time to celebrate and honor the history, culture, and ongoing contributions of Native and Indigenous peoples.

Rock Recovery recognizes the unique struggles Native Americans face when it comes to eating disorder recovery, including things like heightened rates of food insecurity and limited access to culturally competent treatment.

These statistics don't have to be the norm. Together, we can work toward a future where every Native individual has access to the care and healing they deserve. 🧡

P.S. - Thank you to Shandree, our Outreach and Administrative Manager, for helping design this post in honor of her Native tribe, the Caddo Tribe!
