2 -14 oz cans of garbanzos drained and rinsed
1-14 oz can of kidney beans drained and rinsed

😬The rest of the ingredients are by taste.

Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
Garlic powder
Pepper
Oregano

An easy prep and go-to to add fiber to any meal.

Yes, nutrition is a big part of why food exist. You know to like live and not die.

However, having come from a home where food not only meant survival but also connection. There is a lot to discuss.

Can some foods have more nutrition than others, yes. Does that mean we stop eating less nutritious foods altogether?

No. Unless you want to.

I want to share a gentler, more empowering way to think about food and nutrition.

A break from nutrition to reset and recharge this past weekend.

We are taking advantage of the still free and available resources to expose our children to history and art.

We also did our first getaway to a theme park since being back in the US.

After resting and being mostly off the phone I have more validation of the importance of unplugging and reading actual print ( books, newspapers).

In invitation to reduce stress is ask what is one thing you can do tomorrow to bring you joy or stillness ?
