Beginning again in May 2026 every Tuesday from 12p-1:15p EST virtually, the 12 Week Religious Trauma group resumes with a brand new cohort. Led by therapist and religious trauma specialist SC Nealy LPC, this group focuses on exploring, unpacking, and healing from religious and spiritual trauma.

This group will focus on psychoeducation around religious trauma, breaking down shame/judgment, restructuring relational patterns, exploring identity outside of religious doctrines, purity culture, the impact on LGBT identities and shame, perfectionism, boundary setting, and increasing autonomy in individual choices toward or away from spirituality and/or religion. This group is open to anyone from any religious background and is intended to help clients reach their own personal goals for religion which may include staying in a religion, growing in a religion, or leaving a religion. All are welcome. This group is capped at 6 individuals.

Parenting is a thankless and exhausting task sometimes, and it can be very easy to feel overwhelmed or out of your depth. Even more so if your child holds identities that you’re struggling to understand. Our therapists love coaching parents through these experiences, and would love to help today!

Come join us tomorrow! Adding more folx in March 2026, we're so excited to offer a twice a month virtual support group every first and third Friday at $35/person per group (Pay-What-You-Can options available for 25% of the group). This is a drop-in, no commitment group, so you're welcome to come once, come every time, or at the pace that works best for you!

This group will be run by our peer support specialist, Liz Hewell Garrett (she/her), a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marymount University. As the spouse of a trans woman, she is dedicated to fostering inclusive and affirming spaces and is passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community. She understands the unique experiences of partners of trans individuals and wants to offer a supportive space for reflection, connection, and growth.
