✨ What an incredible day! ✨
Our Protect & Prosper event was a tremendous success, bringing together over 150 attendees — general dentists, specialists, and many teams who joined us as an office to learn and grow together. Seeing entire staffs participate made the day especially meaningful.
We were truly honored to welcome two remarkable speakers whose stories, expertise, and teaching made a profound impact:
🦷 Dr. Roy Shelburne, a dentist, speaker, and consultant, shared his powerful firsthand experience of being imprisoned for two years due to documentation and billing errors. His story is a reminder that even well-intentioned clinicians can face devastating consequences when systems fail. Through honesty, humility, and clarity, Dr. Shelburne teaches how proper documentation, compliance, and protocols are essential to protecting both our patients and our practices.
📝 Deborah Nash, a nationally respected practice management educator, brought her signature energy and real-world strategies for strengthening communication, improving systems, and elevating team culture. Her practical guidance and passion for empowering dental teams resonated with everyone in the room.
Together, they delivered a day full of insight, reflection, and inspiration — and we are deeply grateful to all who spent their day with us.
