Starting April 25, Dante Baker is leading a 4-week Saturday morning series at The Teal Center that blends Yang 24 Tai Chi and Eight Brocades Qigong into one gentle, grounding experience.
The effort is light to moderate. The focus is ease, not strain.
And the benefits — better balance, less stress, deeper sleep, a body that actually feels good to live in — build with every session.
