I am currently a license Registered Sanitarian with 10yrs of consumer health experience. The services that I provide :
FOOD ENTREPRENEURS - I know regulations, city rules, how to get permits, and events to sell food
OWNERS - I conduct inspections, help with inspection scores, and advertise too
BBQ TRUCKS, HOME CATERERS - ways to permit mobile units, places to provide services, ways to advertise legally, info concerning farmers markets,and sales tax application
DAYCARE OWNERS - Conduct inspections, I know Minimum Standards and Licensing reps, and city ordinances
PLAN REVIEW- look over construction plans concerning restaurants, daycares, pools, food trucks

The QUESTIONS are?

How long do you have to do it needs to be thrown away?
How long till it will get me sick?
Is it stored there all night long?
Can I fix the temperatures and save the food?
