🔥 Let’s talk about testosterone in women. 🔥
Most people still think testosterone is just a “male hormone.” But here’s the truth: testosterone is vital for women’s health, too.
It supports mood, energy, libido, cognitive function, muscle mass, metabolism, and even bone strength. And yet—too often—it’s completely ignored, misdiagnosed, or dismissed in women, especially during perimenopause and midlife.
I can’t tell you how many women I’ve seen whose symptoms were brushed off as “just aging” or “just stress”… when in reality, their testosterone levels were far from optimal.
