I pray this email finds you all well.

I just wanted to let you know of a recent development that may affect your ability to register at the hotel where we are hosting the reunion. There is a huge event scheduled in Arlington the same weekend as our family reunion with an anticipated 40,000 attendees. For this reason, we're urging family members to register for their rooms ASAP, as you will run the risk of not being able to get a room at the hotel if you do not. Please consider this because we want everyone to be able to secure a room. You can use the link below to register and place your orders for family books and/or pages. The ability to use this link to order family reunion t-shirts is coming soon.

Also, it's come to my attention that the registration site is a little confusing and not that intuitive. Therefore I've provided registration instructions below. Please let my know you have any further questions and/or concerns.
