We played a lively game called “Heartbreaker”—a fun twist on musical chairs! Residents passed balloons around the circle while the music played, and when it stopped, it was time to pop your balloon. If your balloon popped, you were “heartbroken” and out of the game!
The room was filled with laughter, and a little friendly suspense.
This activity quickly became a resident favorite, and everyone is already looking forward to playing it again!

Got in a great workout today at CVSL! 💪🎉
We had a blast playing balloon baseball and doing disco chair exercises with tambourines and maracas. 🪩⚾
There were so many smiles, lots of laughter, and plenty of movement—it was a day full of fun and energy!

Valentine’s Day at Cascade Valley was one to remember! We played a sweet chocolate lovers dice game, sang our hearts out with love song karaoke, and ended the evening with a beautiful candlelight dinner accompanied by live piano music from Lilly. It was truly a beautiful day filled with love and laughter.
