Did you know that our fascial system is a continuous web of tissue, collagen and elastin to be exact, that connects everything in the body?! It’s intricately woven in between every muscle, organ, bone, and even our nerves! So its no surprise that even a small impingement anywhere in this system could cause pain, range of motion restrictions, and can even affect the way we walk or have huge affects on our posture.
