To show our appreciation, our staff enjoyed a catered meal from The Inn at Ohio Northern University. It was a small token of gratitude for the tremendous work they do.

Last Friday, we celebrated the incredible retirement of Sally, our beloved Staff Development Nurse Manager at Serenity Springs in Arlington. 💐❤️

After many years of dedicated service, Sally is hanging up her many hats — but the legacy she leaves behind is immeasurable.

From caring for residents with compassion and skill, to supporting staff with heart and integrity, Sally has been a true pillar of our community. As Administrator Kim shared in her heartfelt speech:

“You understood something special: that caring for residents starts with caring for the people who care for them... Because of you, this building is stronger, kinder, and more connected.”

We also can’t forget Tom, lovingly known as “The Candy Man,” whose sweet support as our vending vendor kept spirits (and snacks!) high. 🍬😊

Sally, thank you for everything. We’ll miss you dearly and wish you a retirement filled with all the rest, joy, and sweetness you deserve. 💖
