Alex Rood, our Director of Social Services and Admissions, and Brenda Mattessich, Regional Director of Marketing and Admissions, spent time out in the community visiting discharge planners at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, Lima Memorial Hospital, and St. Rita’s in Lima. 💙

They brought treats along as a thank you and enjoyed connecting with partners who help support the care of our residents. We truly value these relationships and the collaboration that helps ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.

At the same time, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to Susan Lawrence for her incredible 13 years of leadership and dedication as DON. Susan has made a lasting impact on our residents, families, and staff, and we are so thankful she will continue to be part of our team in a new role on the floor.

We are grateful for the strong foundation Susan has built and look forward to this next chapter with Kay’s leadership.
