Your mind is just like your phone - too many open apps and tabs crowd your memory and drain your battery until it overheats.

The Bible tells us to
✅cast off what entangles us (Hebrews 12:1)
✅cast anxieties on Him (1 Peter 5:7)
✅be still and know he is God (Psalm 46:10)
✅pray and let peace guard our minds (Philippians 4:7)
✅renew our minds (Romans 12:2)
✅think on what is true... (Philippians 4:8)
✅set our minds on things above (Colossians 3:2)
