Job duties include but are not limited to:
· G-button, Tracheostomy Skills required (additional training will be provided)
· Ventilator Experience Preferred (training will be provided)
· Basic Computer Skills for Electronic Documentation (Kantime experience is a plus)
· Strong Assessment and Critical Thinking Skills
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Focus on the medical needs and treatment of the patient in the group home according to the active plan of care, as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
· Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
· Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
· Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
