Welcoming a precious bundle of joy into your life is magical, and taking care of their umbilical cord is an essential part of those early days. Here are some tips to ensure your baby's comfort and well-being:

🌼 Keep It Clean and Dry: Gently clean the base of the cord with a cotton swab dipped in warm water and mild baby soap. Gently pat it dry with a clean, soft cloth. Keep the area clean to prevent infection.

☁️ Airing Out Time: Allow the cord stump to breathe by folding down the front of your baby's diaper. This helps keep the area dry and aids in the healing process.

🩹 Avoid Over-Dressing: Dress your baby in loose-fitting clothing to prevent friction on the cord stump. Avoid tight waistbands or diapers that could rub against it.
