Did you know you can blur your baby’s face right inside your iPhone camera roll? 🎞️

With the new iOS update, Apple’s Clean Up tool lets you blur or remove faces in seconds - without needing a third party app!

It makes it easier to protect your child’s privacy while still sharing beautiful moments.

When you post a clear photo of your child, you’re creating a digital footprint for someone who can’t yet consent and opening up their photo to be saved shared and inappropriately misused. And even with a private Instagram account, you’re giving Meta access to that photo so it isn’t really private.

Blurring their face simply protects their identity!

Comment below if you will be trying this feature out 📸

I share more practical privacy tips like this in my website - comment PRIVACY for the guide.

I’m also working on an online safety book for children coming soon 📚

A few things I’m loving lately for everyday tech wellness and privacy 🥰

These are small swaps I’ve naturally built into my routine:

• Anti-radiation air tube headphones: reduces direct radiation exposure to the head while still being practical for calls and podcasts 🎧

• My rose gold Phone strap: creates distance between the EMF my phone emits and my body. Distance matters, and please don’t put your phone in your pocket 📏

• Blue light screen protection: this one blocks up to 39% of the most damaging blue light, helping with eye strain and sleep support 💤

• Sliding camera covers: a simple way to stay in control of my camera’s privacy when it’s not in use - keeping any creeps out 🙅🏼‍♀️

If you want to start implementing simple tech wellness swaps like these, comment “FAVORITES” below and I’ll share the details ❤️

Does grounding actually work? 🤔

Grounding is the practice of connecting your body to the earth’s natural electrical charge. Some studies suggest it may help reduce inflammation and pain by allowing free electrons from the ground to interact with the body.

That said, I personally do not use grounding mats or sheets that plug into electrical outlets 🔌

I have electromagnetic hypersensitivity, and I feel noticeable electrical sensations from plug-in grounding products. They don’t feel good to me and they may not feel good to you either.

Most grounding mats and sheets use a wire that connects to your home’s electrical grounding system, which can still carry electrical interference or “dirty electricity”.

If you’re interested in grounding, a more natural option is to connect the grounding mats wiring directly to the earth using a grounding rod outside, rather than an indoor outlet.

And best case scenario is grounding to the actual earth with your own two feet. I do it every day and it feels amazing!

Grounding isn’t one-size-fits-all. How your body responds matters.

AI is powerful… but it is not a friend, a therapist, or a trusted guide.

And the more human it sounds, the easier it is to forget that.

Recently, I experimented with ChatGPT while researching AI safety for kids - and what shocked me wasn’t just what it said, but how it said it.

It spoke warmly, confidently, and with the tone of someone you’d trust.

It answered like it was always right and like it knew me - and that’s the danger.

There are real concerns being raised by families, psychologists, lawmakers, and safety experts about how kids interact with AI… and how easily an algorithm can cross emotional boundaries it was never meant to touch.

So I tested the system as if I were an 11‑year‑old.
Thankfully, it discouraged dangerous topics and redirected me back to a parent — exactly what we want to see.

But when I asked about past harm reported in the media, it denied everything at first.

That is why parents need to stay involved and monitor what apps and websites their children are using.

Unfortunately, there has been a rise in cancer among young people - and it’s raising serious questions.

⚠️ I’m not a cancer expert or a doctor but these insights come from a conversation I had with who shared some eye-opening perspectives.

We spoke about three major contributors being looked at:

Chronic stress
Changes in the food chain
Constant EMF exposure

And while we can’t control everything, we can make small changes - especially when it comes to EMFs, which is the area I know best.

Here are a few simple tips ⬇️
• Don’t sleep with your phone in your room or under your pillow
• Don’t keep your phone in your pocket or bra
• Turn off your WiFi at night, and keep some distance from your router

Think your online activity is private? 🔎

Think again! Every time you visit a website, your IP address, location, device info, and more are exposed often within seconds. That means companies, advertisers, and even hackers can track you without your consent.

That’s where a VPN (Virtual Private Network) is helpful!

It hides your real IP, encrypts your internet traffic, and helps you stay more private online 🔒

But you should know that not all VPNs are safe. I personally use ProtonVPN and ExpressVPN also has a strong reputation.

AI is going too far and we’re not talking about it enough 🤖

It’s an “it” — a system trained on data, patterns, and predictions. Yet more and more, it’s being seen as something real… even human.

Here’s what’s you can do to draw a clear line for your children:

You can ask ChatGPT not to call itself “I”, and ask it to speak in the third person because it doesn’t experience anything.

When we humanise tools, we slowly hand over authority, trust, and emotional weight that was never meant to live there or exist.

I have examples of how to make AI safer on my website, comment “BOT” to read it 🤖

Your smart meter could be one of the strongest EMF sources in your home ‼️

A smart meter is a small computer with enough power to monitor and control your home’s power and then send messages back to the utility.

Smart meters can use a variety of Radio Frequency (RF) systems, the most popular being what they call a mesh network—one meter sends information to the next, to the next, etc., and then is collected in a centralized hub.

That’s a lot of wireless energy going on.

BUT there are ways to reduce your exposure and protect your space.

1️⃣ Create distance - the energy is strongest at the source and then dissipates as you get further away.

2️⃣ The best option is to opt out and swap for an analog meter instead. It can be a long process but it’s so worth it.

3️⃣ If the smart meter company won’t let you opt out, use our smart meter cover to block ~98% of the RF emitting from the smart meter. Comment “Guard” for the link!

Comment “SMART METER” for the step-by-step instructions to opt out, as well as more information on why you should! ❤️

Living fully analog is a luxury, but what if there are some simple ways you can live more analog in 2026?! 🤩

Finding ways to unplug, be totally present, and lean into the screen-free simple things of life, is not just delightful, but imperative for our mental and physical.

Here are 5 simple and fun ways you can living a little more analog in 2026 ⬇️

1️⃣ Leave your phone at home when you go for a walk. Bonus! Pick wild flowers while you walk and make a little bouquet.

2️⃣ Grab an old-school analog clock so you can stop waking up to your phone. There are so many fun ones out there but I love this one because it’s totally blue light-free and EMF-free.

3️⃣ Get a disposable camera and capture your next trip or weekend activity with it instead of your phone. Bonus! create an analog scrapbook with the pictures once you get them developed.

4️⃣ Write a loved one a handwritten note and send it via snail mail to make their day and spread a little joy (love this DIY Greeting Card set for kids!)

5️⃣ Go screen-free for one hour a day or one day a week! Might seem impossible but it is a crucial practice to prevent digital addiction and digital dementia.

Comment “ANALOG” and I’ll send you my analog life collection ❤️
