Your handy Roomba is a big EMF hotspot in your home!

We tested it and it emits about as much EMF as you would expect to get from a cell phone 🫣

The flashing red light on the meter means that is an extreme level of RF radiation… an amount you should not be around for long periods of time.

There’s various sources inside Roomba’s:
- WiFi
- infra-red to help map your home
-electric motor

This Roomba lights up as soon as you press the ON button. And it stays on the whole time it’s motoring around.

So if you have a Roomba, it’s a good idea to park it somewhere as far away as possible from where the family hangs out to avoid as much of the radiation as possible.

Curious what your devices are actually emitting?
An EMF meter lets you accurately see the levels so you can make informed changes.

Did You Know Many States Want to Protect Kids From Social Media - so they Pass Laws!?

Sadly, The Laws Are Over Turned Often Because States Are SUED By Social Media And Tech Trade Groups.

Stitch with

Dozens of cases remain, all centered on free speech, privacy, parental authority, and constitutional limits in the digital age.

I want to hear your thoughts!

Do you think these laws empower parents or do they give the state control that infringes upon your right as a parent?

Financial scams are getting more savvy and freely giving your phone number out opens the door to them 🫣

Once someone controls your phone number, they can control far more than people realize.

I just saw a video of a woman who lost $7,000 after receiving what looked like a legitimate call from her phone provider.

They were able to lock her out of her SIM card, access her email, intercept two-factor authentication codes and log into her credit card banking 💳

This is why I’m extremely careful about where my number goes.

Please be intentional and don’t give your number to websites that don’t truly need it. Use a secure email where possible.

Protect it like sensitive information, because it is. I have more simple privacy tips like this in my guide comment “PRIVACY” below and I’ll send you the link 🔐

Should you use WiFi or cellular signal? 📶 🛜

Here’s what we’ve noticed: Use whichever signal is strongest.

We recently tested this while vacationing in a canyon with very low ambient radiation, using one of my trusted EMF meters.

Here’s what we saw ⬇️

• With full WiFi bars, radiation was low to moderate.
• Sending a message over WiFi caused a small increase — the meter flickered between moderate and high.
• When we turned WiFi OFF and used cellular signal with low bars, the meter spiked to extreme levels.

When your phone has a weak signal, it has to work harder, using more power to reach a tower which means higher EMF output.

Even with about 3 bars of cellular signal, the phone still emitted more radiation than when connected to strong WiFi.

Generally, A weak connection = more power = more EMF.

You can test this out for yourself and also find out where all of the EMF hotspots are in your home or when you’re on vacation, by getting a reliable EMF meter - comment “METER” below for my collection ❤️

Did you know you can blur your baby’s face right inside your iPhone camera roll? 🎞️

With the new iOS update, Apple’s Clean Up tool lets you blur or remove faces in seconds - without needing a third party app!

It makes it easier to protect your child’s privacy while still sharing beautiful moments.

When you post a clear photo of your child, you’re creating a digital footprint for someone who can’t yet consent and opening up their photo to be saved shared and inappropriately misused. And even with a private Instagram account, you’re giving Meta access to that photo so it isn’t really private.

Blurring their face simply protects their identity!

A few things I’m loving lately for everyday tech wellness and privacy 🥰

These are small swaps I’ve naturally built into my routine:

• Anti-radiation air tube headphones: reduces direct radiation exposure to the head while still being practical for calls and podcasts 🎧

• My rose gold Phone strap: creates distance between the EMF my phone emits and my body. Distance matters, and please don’t put your phone in your pocket 📏

• Blue light screen protection: this one blocks up to 39% of the most damaging blue light, helping with eye strain and sleep support 💤

• Sliding camera covers: a simple way to stay in control of my camera’s privacy when it’s not in use - keeping any creeps out 🙅🏼‍♀️

Does grounding actually work? 🤔

Grounding is the practice of connecting your body to the earth’s natural electrical charge. Some studies suggest it may help reduce inflammation and pain by allowing free electrons from the ground to interact with the body.

That said, I personally do not use grounding mats or sheets that plug into electrical outlets 🔌

I have electromagnetic hypersensitivity, and I feel noticeable electrical sensations from plug-in grounding products. They don’t feel good to me and they may not feel good to you either.

Most grounding mats and sheets use a wire that connects to your home’s electrical grounding system, which can still carry electrical interference or “dirty electricity”.

If you’re interested in grounding, a more natural option is to connect the grounding mats wiring directly to the earth using a grounding rod outside, rather than an indoor outlet.

And best case scenario is grounding to the actual earth with your own two feet. I do it every day and it feels amazing!

Grounding isn’t one-size-fits-all. How your body responds matters.

AI is powerful… but it is not a friend, a therapist, or a trusted guide.

And the more human it sounds, the easier it is to forget that.

Recently, I experimented with ChatGPT while researching AI safety for kids - and what shocked me wasn’t just what it said, but how it said it.

It spoke warmly, confidently, and with the tone of someone you’d trust.

It answered like it was always right and like it knew me - and that’s the danger.

There are real concerns being raised by families, psychologists, lawmakers, and safety experts about how kids interact with AI… and how easily an algorithm can cross emotional boundaries it was never meant to touch.

So I tested the system as if I were an 11‑year‑old.
Thankfully, it discouraged dangerous topics and redirected me back to a parent — exactly what we want to see.

But when I asked about past harm reported in the media, it denied everything at first.

That is why parents need to stay involved and monitor what apps and websites their children are using.

If you want to read more about how you can make your interactions with AI more real - comment “BOT” to read my article ❤️
