So grateful for goofy grins. Thanks to Alex C for reminding me that bad jokes, silly smiles and a phenomenal playlist are all ways to bring positive vibes to my workout.

The way you workout easily bleeds into how you live your life outside the yoga room. Especially when life gets heavy and things get crazy (and letās be real, things are real heavy and crazy ATM) itās our opportunity to rise up, not take ourselves to seriously and try to be beacons of positivity and peace.
