Think of communication in marriage like a series of “peace talks.”
It rarely takes just one conversation to reach alignment.

It requires consistency, openness, and the willingness to keep showing up for the dialogue.

That’s what builds a true partnership.

Sometimes, the most important signs are the ones we don’t immediately see.

Young women on the autism spectrum may navigate the world differently, often managing challenges internally while appearing outwardly composed.

Understanding these subtle differences allows us to offer better support, empathy, and guidance.

We often try to change our partner…
but real change begins with us.

Every conflict is a chance to reflect:
Am I reacting or responding?
What can I do differently?

Small daily changes create powerful shifts in a relationship.

You don’t need a perfect partner, just a conscious effort.

My third book, Conversations on Love and Autism, explores what really happens in neurodiverse relationships.

From intimacy and communication to parenting, finances, and couples counseling experiences, this book brings honest conversations from couples who have lived it.

If you’ve ever thought, “This sounds exactly like my relationship,” you’re not alone.

In this video, I’m reading a short moment from my book Conversations on Love and Autism to show something important even happy neurodiverse couples have hard moments. You’ll hear how a small misunderstanding can turn into emotional distance, and how those patterns begin.

What I love most is that these stories don’t stop at the low points; these couples show us how to grow, reconnect, and move forward together. If you’ve ever thought, “This sounds like us,” you’re not alone. 💙

Therapy isn’t about changing who you are it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and building the tools that actually work for your brain. 💛

Whether you’re navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, identity, or burnout you deserve support that’s affirming, practical, and culturally aware.

You don’t have to mask. You don’t have to over-explain. You don’t have to do this alone. 🌿
