Hey all! Currently I am seeking patients who have scar tissue! I need 10 people! The criteria for what I’m looking for is either contracture scars from burns or deep surgical scars that are limiting your range of motion (your ability to move the joint it’s closest to!). I have added on Table Top Stretching to my services. For the rest of July a 30 minute stretching session is $25! (Will go up to its regular price of $35). Also to get some of the other services noticed kinesio taping will be only $10 per area (normally $15) and body brushing will be an additional $5 (normally $10). A little article on kinesio-taping ☺️

By now, most massage therapists have seen or heard of kinesiology tape — but how many of us know what it is really doing or at least attempting to do? I was introduced to kinesiology taping in 1995…

Have some pain but don’t have time for an hour massage? Kinesio-taping can be a wonderful tool for between sessions or a tool used on its own. It helps pull up the facial layers creating space and helping circulation. It can also help with lymph flow which helps with swelling and even bruising! Here’s a list of things kinesio-taping can help with:

• Carpal Tunnel pain
• Plantar fasciitis
• Neck pain
• Lower back pain
• Lower back pain in pregnancy
• Shoulder pain
• Swelling and bruising from an injury
• Petellar femoral syndrome

And the list goes on. Taping usually takes 5-10 minutes and is $15 an area being taped, $25 for two areas. During the month of May the price will be $10 an area and $20 for two!
