✨This week we CELEBRATE and HONOR Telecommunicators Nationally!!! They truly are the calm in the storm and first point of contact to your emergency. ✨

- Emergency Dispatch has been my full time career for almost 12 years now!! I take pride in sending people the help they need and helping them through one of the hardest days or experiences of their lives. I have encouraged many deep breaths to slow people down to calm them through the fear. It really is a selfless job, but so many of honest thank yous I have received from our callers is what warms my soul. 🥰
My Goal ? 🏔️
- To share the benefits of Yoga + Meditation to other fellow First Responders and help them through all the PTSD and stress our career presents to us short and long term, both physically and sometimes silently. Our sedentary career will make lasting effects on our body and minds if we let it… that’s why movement, breathing techniques and mindfulness is so very important to me! 🧘🏼‍♀️
