Santa Claus made a special visit to Valley Vue Care Center on Christmas Eve to distribute gifts to the residents and tenants. Pictures were taken with Santa before the unwrapping began, so cute! Staff acted as Santa's Elves and assisted him in passing out gifts.

Spring Creek Independent & Assisted Living tenants and Valley Vue Care Center residents enjoyed an afternoon Christmas Tea to celebrate the holiday season. Teresa, Pam, and Spring Creek staff served little open-faced sandwiches, yummy desserts, and of course many different flavors of delicious tea!

Tenants also made holiday wreath decorations using chunky yarn, ribbon, and bows. They turned out so cute!

Valley Vue Care Center residents and Spring Creek Independent & Assisted Living tenants were pleased to have carolers come sing Christmas carols and help to celebrate the holiday season. One group of carolers consisted of the North Union choir students and the other group was the Nazareth Lutheran Church choir. A special song was sung by choir member, Natalie, and resident, Arnold. Pictured together, with the current choir members, are Arnold and Dona - these two have both taken part in being in the Church choir in previous years.
Thank you to these groups for sharing your voices and spreading Holiday cheer!

Valley Vue Care Center resident Veterans shared their Christmas lists and sent them to be included in the 'Adopt A Veteran' program which the Emmet County Veteran Affairs office puts together each year. These Veteran residents sure felt the love and admiration in the gifts they received - They all gave a thumbs up and had big smiles!
