This book is set in Annapolis and it most likely takes place in the neighborhood directly behind the studio! 😱

This book is absolutely charming and is one of favorite reads of 2025.

1st Position: Barre 101

If you’re curious about barre but a little nervous to book your 1st class, this is for you!

This January we are popping up our intro class, 1st Position: Barre 101!

This class will take out the guesswork, making your barre practice feel more accessible and enjoyable from the start!

Perfect for those new to barre, just returning to exercise after a long break or injury or those unsure of alignment or form.

Cost is $14 per class (half the cost of our normal drop in) and that $14 can be applied to our new client 2 weeks unlimited offer after your class! We’ll even gift you a free pair of socks to start your 2 weeks with, so you feel like a pro! 😉

Class dates are Sat 1/10 & 1/31 at noon, Thurs 1/15 at noon, and Tues 1/20 at 6pm.

These classes are capped at 8 students, so snag your spot now!!

Baby, it’s cold outside... but the studio will be just right for some winter movement for moms and babies!❄️👶

This class is a great way to get some exercise in for you, bonding sesh with your babe and meet other moms!

Babies and toddlers of all ages welcome, as are siblings. Feel free to use a stroller, carrier, sling or what ever works! This class is good for all fitness levels and post partum friendly.

Sessions begin mid-January on Tuesday’s at 11:15am:
1/13, 1/20, 1/27, and 2/3

Early bird pricing of $76 now through 1/1, then $88.
