Today we leave for the THSCA coaching school in Houston. Some may not know that this weekend is pretty much the start of football season for coaches. We will get a chance to hear some great coaches speak on a variety of topics. Thank you to my amazing wife Lisa Hedges for all of your support in my career. I love you !!!!

This has been a crazy week between morning work outs at the school and Medical Massages in the afternoon. I just want to say thank you Jesus for all of the blessings this week. I have been given the honor of helping several people. I have openings next week so pm or Text me to set something up… Football season is around the corner and time will get limited.
