Satiate true story!
One of our patients (me!) wore a continuous glucose monitor for two weeks to test Satiate.
Two meals (salmon sushi rolls), one week apart. The first one: no Satiate. Glucose spike to over 250 😱
Two Satiate with the second sushi roll lunch the following week. Glucose topped out at 198. I also felt good two hours later! Over a 50 point benefit. I’m always trying to feel better, and this was SO important to learn! I’m not giving up sushi. Now I’ll feel better (and age more slowly) with Satiate on board. (Psst.
