Our talented neurodivergent team of therapists offers counseling and psychological services for neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, couples and families. Our belief is that a better understanding of ourselves and how others perceive us is the key to success, both in our personal lives and in the workplace. Our practice is Neurodiversity affirming, and we offer psychological services and coaching to individuals, couples, and families, as well as co-parenting planning for families experiencing divorce. Total Spectrum Counseling offers safe support while providing you with the structure needed to achieve emotional well-being through difficult life changes. Our goal is to provide you with a deeper understanding of your difficulties, and guide you in finding alternatives that enhance your life, career, and relationships.

It is extremely invalidating for autistic folks to hear things like “you don’t seem autistic to me” or “but you seem so capable” or “I know an autistic person and they aren’t anything like you”. For the record, some of the most talented people I know are autistic!

I am an interactive, solution-oriented therapist. I specialize in the Autism Spectrum, individual, couples, and family therapy and co-parenting planning for families experiencing divorce. I offer safe support while providing you with the structure needed to achieve emotional well-being through difficult life changes. I am approachable and empathic and will learn the language in which you express your psychological self. My goal is to provide you with a deeper understanding of your difficulties, and guide you in finding alternatives that enhance your life, career, and relationships.
