⭐️Success Story⭐️

Betty Gutierrez was admitted to Artesia Healthcare and Rehabilitation following a hospital stay. When the patient was admitted to our skilled nursing facility following a stroke, she required maximum assistance with all self-care tasks, including dressing, bathing, and grooming. Over the course of her eight-week stay, she participated in intensive skilled nursing and therapy services designed to improve her strength, coordination, and independence. Through dedication, hard work, and the support of our care team, she made remarkable progress. By the time of discharge, she had achieved modified independence with all self-care tasks and was able to safely return home, ready to continue her recovery in the comfort of her own environment.
