I want to take a moment this am to celebrate the duality of us all. We can be so very hurt inside and not be able to heal ourselves...just yet. While we work hard to heal those around us. We know how important it is. We feel the urgency to raise the vibration and get another facing the sun.......when we ourselves, at times, turn away from it. This is not defeat! This is our own healing process happening. Letting another know they are not alone, reminds us that we are also, not alone.
Shadow work is something only an individual can do. We can stand by them while they dig in the dirt around them. But we cannot do the digging. We cannot decide what they hang onto and what they let go of. We cannot decide how fast or slow this process is. It is theirs and theirs alone.
Changing the perception of shadow work will go a long way to helping others, not only delve into it, but also to work at it and complete it. Shadow work is the healing process. Its investing in yourself. Saying, I am worth this work. I am worthy of the white light and unconditional love of the universe.
To the ladies of last night's Reiki Circle, K, M, E, S, and Ky, you are magnificent warriors that faced some tough issues and shed some tears for another in the circle. We gain strength and knowledge from these times. I honor you ladies and am so very humble the universe allows me to be part of this work. There is a huge difference between where this circle started and where it is now. Healing IS happening!!!đ„°
